Read a book of jokes, riddles or tongue twisters.
Let's blow BUBBLES!!
Listen to inspirational, praise & worship, and/or music that makes you feel good.
Write a letter to yourself; BRAGGING on yourself. (YOU are fearfully & wonderful made!)

6. Go walking in a park or sit in a grassy area (backyard even).
7. Stand in the sun for 15 minutes.
8. Moments of quiet sincere prayer - from your heart not your head.
9. Place your silenced phone in your car trunk for 4 hours.
10. What relaxes you the most? Do it.
