10 tips for relaxation

Why wait? Let's Relax!

  1. Sit quiet. Sit still. Sit. Meditate on His goodness.

  2. Read a book of jokes, riddles or tongue twisters.

  3. Let's blow BUBBLES!!

  4. Listen to inspirational, praise & worship, and/or music that makes you feel good.

  5. Write a letter to yourself; BRAGGING on yourself. (YOU are fearfully & wonderful made!)

6. Go walking in a park or sit in a grassy area (backyard even).

7. Stand in the sun for 15 minutes.

8. Moments of quiet sincere prayer - from your heart not your head.

9. Place your silenced phone in your car trunk for 4 hours.
